  • Surveyor scale fee calculation, GST invoicing, and bank reconciliation tracking
  • Multi-branch analytics dashboards and role-based permissions

3.Eligibility and Authorized Use

The platform is intended exclusively for professional business use by insurance surveyors, loss assessment firms, insurance entities, and authorized claims professionals. You must have appropriate authority to access and use the platform on behalf of your organization.

4.User Accounts & Credentials

To access the platform, authorized users must register an account and maintain accurate organizational details.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Violate applicable insurance statutory regulations, third-party rights, or confidentiality agreements

6.Customer Data & Ownership

Customer Data refers to all claim files, inspection reports, field photos, financial entries, and operational records uploaded or created by Customer within the platform.

Customer retains all ownership, rights, title, and interest in and to Customer Data. Claim Genie processes Customer Data solely to provide, support, maintain, and secure the Services in accordance with Customer instructions and these Terms.

7.Intellectual Property Rights

Claim Genie and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the platform, including software code, application architecture, interface designs, branding, logos, trademarks, and documentation.

Nothing in these Terms grants Customer or Users any right, title, or interest in Claim Genie intellectual property except for the limited right to access and use the platform during the applicable subscription term.

8.Fees and Payment Terms

Access to subscription tiers and operational features is subject to the applicable fee schedule agreed upon in Customer service orders or subscription agreements.
